Certified Veterinary Technician
Caravan Vet is growing and seeking to add another certified veterinary technician to #teamamazing! We are the Twin Cities’ only full-service veterinary house call practice. We not only provide exams for cats and dogs in the comfort of our patients’ homes, but can also perform x-rays, dental prophylaxis, and surgeries in our state-of-the-art mobile veterinary clinic. Patient comfort and client satisfaction are our highest priorities. Caravan Vet is a women-led small business where you can make a difference! The certified veterinary technician (CVT) is an integral part of our ability to provide excellent veterinary care. The CVT is responsible for assisting with exams and surgeries, performing dental prophylaxis, completing medical records, and communicating with clients. Because we visit our clients’ homes, the CVT must be able to drive a car, work in a variety of environments, and perform procedures in front of clients. Each team member’s passions are important to us, and we pride ourselves on creating a flexible work environment where everyone’s talents can shine. The pay for this position is $18-$21/hour DOE plus benefits including health and dental insurance and retirement plan contributions.
Veterinary Assistant
Caravan Vet is in search of an enthusiastic Veterinary Assistant. We are a full-service mobile veterinary practice, with x-ray and anesthesia capabilities in our state-of-the-art mobile clinic! The VA will be expected to safely restrain cats and dogs, assist with appointments and surgeries, complete medical records and keep our mobile clinic and office spaces clean and organized. Our ideal candidate is positive, flexible, and excited about cats and senior pets! Starting pay for this position is $14-16/hour with benefits including a 4-day work week! This position is an excellent opportunity for a pre-vet student, or others interested in learning more about veterinary medicine- both of our doctors are enthusiastic mentors and teachers.
Customer Service Representative
Caravan Vet, the Twin Cities’ only full-service veterinary house call practice, is growing and ready to add another Customer Service Representative! The CSR will be based out of our office in St. Louis Park, MN. We are open to applicants seeking either part time or full-time hours. We seek an experienced veterinary CSR to answer phones, schedule appointments, fill prescriptions, and generally support the functioning of our awesome mobile practice! Our ideal candidate has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excels in creative problem-solving, and enjoys working independently. The pay for this position is $16-19/hour depending on experience plus benefits including paid time off and retirement plan contributions.
