Our Mission

About Us

Caravan Vet is an independent, locally-owned, full-service mobile veterinary practice that allows us to meet our patients where they’re at – literally. Providing exceptional care is our top priority. We recognize that sometimes the biggest barrier to care is getting the pet to the veterinary clinic in the first place. Our goal is to remedy this problem by bringing the veterinary clinic to you.

Our approach is particularly helpful in decreasing the stress of vet appointments for cats, but we feel strongly that all patients can benefit from being seen in their home environment. It not only helps them to feel more comfortable, but it also helps us to have a better understanding of both you and your pets. Through these insights, we are able to partner with you to provide comprehensive, creative, and personalized long-term care.

Dr. Christa Williams, our Founder, is a Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (DABVP), a certification less than 1,000 veterinarians in the world hold. Dr. Elizabeth Parks has a special interest in Integrative Medicine and has completed extensive training in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine. We are a Low-Stress Certified clinic, and many staff hold additional specialized certifications and degrees. Veterinary medicine is constantly evolving, and continuing education is something that we are all very passionate about.

We strive to not only provide the best care for our patients but also for our team. This is why we pay all our employees living wages, time off, retirement plan contributions, and health insurance. Our entire Leadership Team is Dare to Lead (Brene Brown) Trained, and we include cultural and diversity training when onboarding new staff members. All of these efforts guarantee patients receive care from the best team possible, so much so that our clients refer to us as “Team Amazing.”
